Cancellation policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Benchmark Unlimited, the coaching membership offered by Daddy Sports Inc. d/b/a Benchmark Golf (“Benchmark Golf,” “we,” or “us”). It also covers pre-orders. It applies together with our Terms of Service.
What Benchmark Unlimited Is
Benchmark Unlimited (formerly sold as Benchmark Coaching) is our coaching membership. It gives you unlimited 1-on-1 coaching in the Benchmark Golf app while your membership is active.
Free Period and Automatic Billing
Benchmark Unlimited is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.
- Your plan’s terms. Your plan’s free period (if any), price, and billing frequency are the ones shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax. For example, US Golf At Home bundles currently include Benchmark Unlimited at “30 days free, then $119/year.”
- Automatic charges. If your plan has a free period, we charge the payment method on file when the free period ends. We then charge it again at each renewal (for example, once a year on a yearly plan) until you cancel.
- Cancel before your free period ends to avoid being charged.
Checking Your Membership
Log in to your Benchmark Golf account to see your membership status. During a free period, your account shows the price your plan renews at. After that, it shows your next renewal date and price. If you’re not sure when your free period ends, email help@benchmarkgolf.com and we’ll help.
How to Cancel
You can cancel any time, on the website or in the app:
- Website: Log in to your Benchmark Golf account → Subscription Plan tab (Plan on mobile) → Cancel plan → follow the prompts.
- App: Open the Benchmark Golf app → More → Subscription → Manage Subscription → follow the prompts.
If you need help canceling, email help@benchmarkgolf.com.
If you return a Golf At Home order that included Benchmark Unlimited, please cancel your membership too, so you aren’t charged for it later.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your membership won’t renew, and you won’t be charged for it again.
- Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- If you cancel during a free period, you won’t be charged, and your access continues until the free period ends.
Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable. Once billed, subscription charges, including the first charge after a free period and each renewal, are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current period.
Refunds for physical products, like Golf At Home, are covered by our Refund Policy.
Apple App Store and Google Play Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (an in-app purchase), your subscription is managed, canceled, and refunded through Apple or Google under their policies.
Payment Problems
Please keep your payment details up to date. If a subscription payment doesn’t go through, we may try the charge again, and your membership may be paused or canceled. To update your payment method, log in to your Benchmark Golf account and choose Change Billing. We’ll email you a secure link to update it. You can also email help@benchmarkgolf.com for help.
Price Changes
We may change the price of Benchmark Unlimited. If we do, we’ll give you any notice required by applicable law before the new price applies to your membership, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Pre-orders
Some items may be sold on pre-order and take longer to ship. If you’re not sure whether your order is a pre-order, or you want to ask about canceling an order that hasn’t shipped yet, email help@benchmarkgolf.com with your order number.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
