THE PRIZE IS FIVE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($5,000) IN CASH. "1 YEAR OF GOLF", "A YEAR OF GOLF" AND "YEAR OF GOLF" ARE THE NAME OF THIS PROMOTION ONLY. THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ROUNDS OF GOLF, GREEN FEES, A CLUB OR COURSE MEMBERSHIP, TRAVEL, EQUIPMENT, LESSONS, COACHING, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY WHERE THEY LIVE. VOID EVERYWHERE ELSE AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SPONSOR. THEY INCLUDE A RELEASE AND AN INDEMNITY FROM YOU, LIMITS ON YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND OF TRIAL BY JURY, AND A ONE-YEAR DEADLINE TO BRING ANY CLAIM. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ENTER.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Benchmark Golf "Win 1 Year of Golf" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Daddy Sports Inc. d/b/a Benchmark Golf, 24A Trolley Square, #1180, Wilmington, Delaware 19806 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor may appoint a third party to administer all or part of the Sweepstakes (an "Administrator"). "Website" means https://benchmarkgolf.com.

2. Agreement to these Official Rules

By entering or otherwise taking part in the Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, the validity of any entry, the selection and verification of the winner, and the exercise of any discretion given to Sponsor. Winning the prize is conditional on meeting every requirement in these Official Rules.

If anything in an advertisement, product page, email, social media post, cart, checkout, packaging, or any other material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

3. Eligibility

A. Who may enter. The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are (1) legal residents of, and physically residing in, one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (2) at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) in Mississippi).

B. Who may not enter. The following are not eligible to enter or to win:

1. residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and any other U.S. territory or possession, and residents of any other country, including Canada;
2. employees, officers, directors, owners, coaches, and independent contractors of Sponsor and of its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates;
3. employees, officers, and directors of any Administrator and of any advertising, promotion, fulfillment, logistics, legal, or marketing agency or supplier working with Sponsor on the Sweepstakes;
4. creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors who are paid or given product by Sponsor to promote the Sweepstakes;
5. the immediate family members of anyone in items 2 through 4 (spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their spouses), and anyone living in the same household as any such person, whether or not related. "Same household" means sharing a residence for at least three (3) months a year; and
6. businesses, resellers, distributors, clubs, groups, and any entity that is not an individual person.

(Items 2 through 5 together with Sponsor are the "Sweepstakes Entities".)

C. Proof. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and residency at any time. Entries from anyone who does not meet these requirements are void. A purchase by an ineligible person is still a valid purchase but earns no entries.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's order system and Sponsor's records are the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Purchases completed and mail postmarked before or after the Sweepstakes Period earn no entries, and no entries are awarded retroactively.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Every entry has the same chance of being drawn, whichever way it was earned.

A. Entry by purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible person who completes a Qualifying Order on the Website automatically receives the entries shown below. No further step is needed.

1. Qualifying Order. A "Qualifying Order" is an order that (a) contains at least one Eligible Product listed above; (b) is placed by an eligible person on the United States storefront of the Website during the Sweepstakes Period; (c) is paid in full, with payment authorized and captured; and (d) has not been cancelled, declined, voided, or held or reversed for suspected fraud. The date and time recorded by Sponsor's order system controls.

2. How entries are counted. Entries are fixed for each Eligible Product as shown above. They do not change with the price paid, any discount, sales tax, shipping, or anything else in the order. A Bundle earns only the entries stated for the Bundle and nothing more for the items inside it. A Family Bundle earns four hundred (400) entries in total and nothing more for the Bundles inside it.

3. What does not earn entries. No entries are awarded for:

• any product or service not listed in the table above, including tripods, replacement pads, accessories, add-ons, shipping protection, gift cards, gift passes, and coaching memberships bought on their own;
• membership or subscription charges of any kind, including the first charge after an included period and every renewal;
• purchases made anywhere other than the United States storefront of the Website, including Sponsor's international storefronts, the Benchmark Golf mobile app, the Apple App Store, Google Play, TikTok Shop, Amazon, any marketplace, any retailer or distributor, and any purchase by phone or in person;
• orders with a total of $0, and free, sample, replacement, warranty, exchange, promotional, employee, wholesale, or reseller orders;
• orders placed by one person in the name of another, or placed using false, incomplete, or borrowed information; or
• anything bought outside the Sweepstakes Period.

4. Who receives the entries. Entries are credited only to the individual who placed and paid for the Qualifying Order, identified by the name and email address given at checkout (the "Purchaser"). There is one Purchaser per order. A gift recipient, a person an order is shipped to, an additional user, and a household member receive no entries. Entries have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be transferred, assigned, gifted, sold, pooled, or split.

5. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks. If a Qualifying Order is returned, cancelled, refunded, charged back, or has its payment reversed or disputed, in whole or in part, at any time before the prize is paid, the entries from the affected Eligible Products are void. If only part of an order is affected, entries are recounted on the Eligible Products the Purchaser kept. Sponsor may wait until the return period for the winning order has ended before confirming the winner and paying the prize.

IT IS FRAUD TO BUY A PRODUCT TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WHILE INTENDING TO RETURN IT, CANCEL IT, OR DISPUTE THE CHARGE. ANYONE SPONSOR FINDS OR REASONABLY SUSPECTS OF DOING SO WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, WILL FORFEIT ANY PRIZE, AND MAY BE BARRED FROM FUTURE BENCHMARK GOLF PROMOTIONS.

6. Coaching membership. The Bundle includes the Benchmark Unlimited coaching membership, which renews automatically on the terms shown at checkout unless cancelled. Entries are awarded for buying the Bundle. They are not awarded for starting, keeping, or paying for a membership. Cancelling the membership does not reduce the entries earned by a Qualifying Order.

7. Purchases are separate from the Sweepstakes. Every purchase is governed by Sponsor's Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, and subscription terms as posted on the Website. These Official Rules do not extend, shorten, or change any right to return a product or cancel a membership. No refund, credit, or adjustment will be given because a purchase did not earn entries, because entries were voided or exceeded the limit in Section 5.C, because the purchaser was not eligible, because the Sweepstakes was changed, suspended, or ended, or because the purchaser did not win.

8. Entry counts shown to you. Any entry count shown on the Website, in the cart, at checkout, in an email or text message, or in advertising is an estimate given for convenience and is not a promise. Sponsor's records of valid entries are final. Sponsor has no duty to confirm how many entries any person holds.

B. Free entry by mail

To enter without buying anything, hand-print all of the following on a plain 3" x 5" card or piece of paper: your full legal name, your complete street mailing address (no P.O. boxes), your email address, your telephone number, and your date of birth (a "Mail-In Request"). Mail it, in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient first-class postage affixed, to:

1. Entries. Each valid Mail-In Request earns twenty-five (25) entries, the same number as a purchase of Golf At Home.
2. One request per envelope. Each Mail-In Request must be mailed separately in its own envelope. An envelope holding more than one request counts as one request.
3. More than one request. You may send as many Mail-In Requests as you wish, subject to the limit in Section 5.C. Four (4) valid requests earn 100 entries. Sixteen (16) valid requests earn 400 entries, which is the limit.
4. Deadlines. Each Mail-In Request must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2026 and received no later than November 7, 2026.
5. Handwritten by you. The request and the envelope must be written by hand by the person entering. Photocopied, printed, typed, traced, stamped, or mechanically or digitally reproduced requests or envelopes are void. Requests prepared or mailed by anyone other than the entrant, including any entry service, club, or other third party, are void.
6. No responsibility for the mail. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, or postage-due mail. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Mail-In Requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
7. Your information. Information on a Mail-In Request is used to run the Sweepstakes as described in Section 17. Sending a Mail-In Request does not sign you up for marketing emails or texts.

C. Entry limit

There is a limit of four hundred (400) total entries per person for the whole Sweepstakes Period, counting purchases and Mail-In Requests together. Entries are counted in the order Sponsor records them until the limit is reached, and every entry above the limit is void. The limit applies to the person, however many email addresses, mailing addresses, accounts, or payment methods that person uses. Sponsor may treat entries that share a name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method, or device as coming from one person.

D. What is not allowed

• Using more than one identity, or false, borrowed, or incomplete information, to obtain more than the limit.
• Entries created or sent by any script, bot, macro, artificial intelligence tool, entry service, or other automated or bulk method.
• Entering for someone else, or having someone else enter for you.
• Tampering with the entry process, with Sponsor's order or payment systems, or with the operation of the Sweepstakes.

Entries that break these rules are void, and the person responsible may be disqualified. If there is a dispute about who made an entry, it will be treated as made by the Purchaser of the order or, for a Mail-In Request, by the person named on it, provided that person is eligible. If Sponsor cannot settle the dispute to its satisfaction, the entry is void.

6. Drawing and Odds

On or about November 10, 2026, Sponsor or its Administrator will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The potential winner need not be present. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor may record or broadcast the drawing, and may announce a potential winner as "potential" until verification is complete.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

A. Notice. Sponsor will try to notify the potential winner by email, and may also use the telephone number or mailing address from the order or Mail-In Request. Notice is given when Sponsor sends it. Sponsor is not responsible for notices that are filtered, blocked, bounced, sent to spam, or not seen.

B. Response. The potential winner must reply as instructed within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor's first attempt.

C. Documents. Within five (5) days after Sponsor sends them, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (2) a Liability Release; (3) where lawful, a Publicity Release; and (4) an IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number. The potential winner must also provide a government-issued photo identification and any other proof of identity, age, and residency Sponsor reasonably requests. Sponsor may verify this information, including through public records.

D. Forfeiture. The potential winner is disqualified and gives up all claim to the prize if he or she (1) does not reply in time; (2) cannot be reached, or a notice is returned undeliverable; (3) does not return every required document, fully completed, in time; (4) is not eligible, or cannot prove eligibility; (5) entered through a Qualifying Order that has been returned, cancelled, refunded, charged back, or disputed; (6) has broken these Official Rules; or (7) declines the prize.

E. Alternates. If the potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor will select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries, and will repeat this until the prize is awarded.

F. Winner. A potential winner becomes the "winner" only when Sponsor has completed verification and confirmed it in writing. Until then, no one has any right to the prize, whatever any notice, post, video, or announcement may say.

8. Prize

A. The prize. One (1) Grand Prize: five thousand U.S. dollars ($5,000), paid by check or electronic payment in the legal name of the verified winner. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $5,000.

B. Total value. The total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $5,000. There is one prize. No other prize, gift, product, service, travel, or benefit will be awarded.

C. The name is only a name. "Win 1 Year of Golf", "A Year of Golf", and similar phrases name the promotion. They are not a description of the prize. The prize is cash only. Sponsor does not provide, arrange, or pay for any golf, and makes no promise that the prize will cover any amount of golf, any period of time, or any particular cost. The winner may spend the prize however he or she chooses.

D. Promotional items. Any oversized check, card, certificate, image, or video shown in connection with the Sweepstakes is for illustration only. It is not a negotiable instrument, cannot be deposited or redeemed, and has no value.

E. Payment. Sponsor will pay the prize within approximately forty-five (45) days after verification is complete and, where the winner entered by purchase, after the return period for the winning order has ended. The prize is paid only to the verified winner and will not be paid to another person or to a business, or divided. A prize check not deposited within ninety (90) days after it is issued is void and the prize is forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for a payment that is lost, stolen, or misdirected because of incorrect information from the winner, or for any bank or transfer fee.

F. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and issue an IRS Form 1099 as the law requires, and may withhold from the prize any amount the law requires it to withhold. A winner who does not provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number forfeits the prize.

G. No changes. The prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged, and no substitution is allowed. Any part of the prize that is declined or unclaimed is forfeited.

H. Appearances. Sponsor may invite the winner to take part in a prize presentation or announcement, in person or online. Taking part is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize. Sponsor does not provide travel, lodging, or payment for it.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize is the winner's permission for Sponsor and those acting for it to use the winner's name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and social media handles, and any recording of the winner made in connection with the Sweepstakes, in advertising, publicity, and promotion, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and forever, without further notice, review, approval, or payment. Sponsor owns all such materials. Where the law allows, Sponsor may require the winner to sign a Publicity Release before the prize is paid.

By entering, each entrant also agrees that, if he or she wins, Sponsor may publish his or her first name, last initial, city, and state on a winners list.

10. Conduct

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any person, and void all of that person's entries, if Sponsor finds or reasonably suspects that the person has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; has broken these Official Rules or any Website term; has acted in an unsporting, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harassing way; or has tried to gain an unfair advantage. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER REMEDY, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

11. Changes, Suspension, and Cancellation

If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, end, change, or suspend it in whole or in part. Reasons include fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, an error in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes material, fire, flood, storm, epidemic, strike, postal or carrier disruption, war, civil disturbance, act of God, a change in law or an order, request, or position of any court or regulator, the withdrawal or change of any platform or service Sponsor relies on, and any other cause that Sponsor cannot reasonably control or that affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

If Sponsor ends the Sweepstakes early, it will post a notice on the Website and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to that time. Sponsor may also correct or clarify these Official Rules by posting an updated version at https://benchmarkgolf.com/pages/terms-of-service?view=official-rules. Ending or changing the Sweepstakes does not entitle anyone to a refund, credit, or compensation of any kind.

12. Errors

Sponsor is not bound by any typographical, printing, display, pricing, programming, or other error in any offer, advertisement, entry count, notice, or announcement relating to the Sweepstakes. No more than the one (1) stated prize will be awarded. If, because of any error, more than one person is told he or she has won or claims the prize, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing among the persons with valid claims, and that drawing is each such person's only remedy.

13. Release

By entering, you release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, any Administrator, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agencies, payment processors, and carriers, every platform named in Section 18, and each of their officers, directors, owners, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns (the "Released Parties") from every claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, and expense of any kind, including attorneys' fees, arising in whole or in part from (a) your taking part in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes activity; (b) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (c) any travel or activity you undertake in connection with the Sweepstakes; (d) any claim based on publicity rights, privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light; (e) lost, late, or mishandled mail, orders, or communications; and (f) any typographical, human, technical, or other error in the offer, administration, or announcement of the Sweepstakes or the prize.

14. Disclaimers and Limits on Liability

A. No responsibility. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, or garbled entries, orders, mail, emails, or notices; (2) any failure, interruption, delay, or malfunction of any website, network, server, payment system, device, software, or service; (3) unauthorized human intervention or tampering in any part of the Sweepstakes; (4) incorrect or changed contact information; (5) errors in processing orders or entries; or (6) injury or damage to any person or to any device or property resulting from taking part in the Sweepstakes or downloading any material.

B. No warranty. THE PRIZE IS AWARDED "AS IS". THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE PRIZE OR THE SWEEPSTAKES.

C. Limits. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (1) THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS; (2) THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES TO ANY ENTRANT IS LIMITED TO THE ENTRANT'S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COST OF ENTERING, SUCH AS POSTAGE, AND IN NO CASE MORE THAN TEN DOLLARS ($10.00); (3) THE PRICE OF A PRODUCT IS NOT A COST OF ENTERING; (4) NO ENTRANT MAY RECOVER ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (5) EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED AND ANY RIGHT TO SEEK AN INJUNCTION OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW SOME OF THESE LIMITS, SO PART OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Official Rules, your fraud or misconduct, or any false statement you make in connection with the Sweepstakes.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

A. Law. These Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, and any dispute relating to either are governed by the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rule.

B. Courts. Any suit, action, or proceeding relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.

C. Individual claims only. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, EVERY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, MASS ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

D. Deadline. ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE SWEEPSTAKES MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT ARISES. AFTER THAT IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

17. Privacy

Sponsor collects the information you give when you place an order or send a Mail-In Request. Sponsor uses it to run the Sweepstakes, count and verify entries, confirm eligibility, contact and verify the potential winner, pay and report the prize, prevent fraud, publish a winners list, and meet its legal duties, and otherwise as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://benchmarkgolf.com/pages/privacy-policy. Sponsor may share this information with any Administrator and with service providers who help run the Sweepstakes, and as the law requires. Sponsor does not sell entry information. If these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy conflict on a matter about the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules control.

18. Platforms and Third Parties

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, Apple, Shopify, or any other platform, payment processor, or carrier. By entering, you release each of them from all liability relating to the Sweepstakes. You are giving your information to Sponsor and not to any platform. Questions, comments, and complaints about the Sweepstakes must go to Sponsor.

You cannot enter through any social media platform. Liking, following, commenting, sharing, tagging, or reposting earns no entries. Purchases on TikTok Shop or any other marketplace earn no entries.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned in connection with the Sweepstakes are used for identification only and do not suggest endorsement or affiliation.

19. Winners List and Copies of these Rules

For the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state, or for a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Benchmark Golf "Win 1 Year of Golf" Sweepstakes, 24A Trolley Square, #1180, Wilmington, Delaware 19806, marked "Winners List" or "Official Rules", to be received by January 9, 2027. These Official Rules are also posted at https://benchmarkgolf.com/pages/terms-of-service?view=official-rules for the whole Sweepstakes Period.

20. General

• Severability. If any part of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and will be applied as if that part were not included.
• No waiver. Sponsor's failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term or of any other.
• Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.
• Ambiguity. You waive any right to claim that these Official Rules are ambiguous.
• Records. Sponsor's records of orders, entries, mail received, and the drawing are final.
• Other terms. The Website Terms of Service and Terms of Sale also apply to your use of the Website and to any purchase. On any matter about the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules control.
