  • Payment method

    We charge the card you used at checkout. To change it, log in to your account and choose Change Billing. We’ll email you a secure link to update it.

  • Tax and currency

    Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. If you check out in another currency, you’re charged the equivalent amount in that currency.

  • If a payment fails

    We may try the charge again. If it still doesn’t go through, your plan may be paused or canceled.

  • Price changes

    If the price ever changes, we’ll give you any notice the law requires before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime, in under a minute

Cancel before your free period ends and you won’t be charged. A membership won’t renew once you cancel.

  2. Open the Subscription Plan tab (Plan on mobile)
  3. Tap Cancel plan and follow the prompts

  2. Go to More → Subscription
  3. Tap Manage Subscription and follow the prompts

What happens when you cancel

  • No more charges for that plan.
  • Your access continues to the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
  • Canceled during a free period? You aren’t charged, and access continues until the free period ends.
  • Returning a Golf At Home doesn’t cancel your membership automatically. Please cancel it too, so you’re not charged later.

Cancel during your free period, or before a prepaid plan is delivered, and you’re never charged. There’s nothing to refund.

Non-refundable

After a subscription charge

Once billed, subscription charges are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. This includes the first charge after a free period, each renewal and a prepaid charge. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Golf At Home and other products

Physical products are covered by our Refund Policy. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Subscribed in the App Store or Google Play

In-app purchases are managed, canceled and refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Questions about a charge

I was charged and wasn’t expecting it. What happened?

Most often, a free period ended or a yearly membership renewed. We email you 8 days before your first charge, and 35 and 20 days before each yearly renewal. Your order confirmation email is the receipt for the charge. Log in to your account to see your plan and dates, and cancel there to stop future charges. If something looks wrong, email help@benchmarkgolf.com with your order number.

When does my free period end?

30 days after your Golf At Home is delivered. If you bought a membership without a Golf At Home, it’s 30 days after you ordered. Your account page shows your plan, and we email you 8 days before your first charge.

Will I get a reminder before I’m charged?

Yes, for a membership: an email 8 days before your first charge, and 35 and 20 days before each yearly renewal. A prepaid plan is charged once on the day of delivery, as shown at checkout, and never renews, so there’s nothing to remind you about after that.

I bought a gift. When is it charged, and how does the recipient get access?

A gift is a Prepaid 1 Year plan. It’s $0 at checkout and $119 USD + tax is charged once, on the day the Golf At Home is delivered. Once that payment goes through, we email you a 1-year access code for each gift to pass on. It doesn’t renew.

If I return my Golf At Home, is my membership canceled?

Not automatically. Please cancel your membership too, on the website or in the app, so you aren’t charged later. If you need help, email help@benchmarkgolf.com.

Can I get a refund after I’ve been charged?

Subscription charges are non-refundable once billed, except where the law requires a refund. Canceling stops future charges, and your access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Physical products follow our Refund Policy.

I subscribed in the app through Apple or Google.

In-app purchases are managed, canceled and refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. Manage them from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

How do I update my card?

Log in to your Benchmark Golf account and choose Change Billing. We’ll email you a secure link to update your payment method. You can also email help@benchmarkgolf.com for help.
